These Terms apply to your use of the Karaobics TV website, mobile and television applications, workout videos, community features and related digital content and services, collectively referred to as the “Services”.
Please read these Terms before creating an account or purchasing a subscription. Your subscription agreement includes these Terms and the plan, price, trial and promotional information presented to you when you sign up.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You must be at least 18 to create an account, purchase a subscription or post in the community.
People aged 13 to 17 may use the Services only with the permission and appropriate supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Services are not intended for children under 13.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address and payment details up to date.
Keep your password secure and do not disclose it to others. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You are not automatically responsible for activity caused by a security failure on our part.
Karaobics TV provides access to a library of music-based fitness workouts and related membership features.
Your subscription gives you access to the content and features included in your chosen plan for the duration of your trial or paid subscription.
It does not transfer ownership of the videos, music or other content to you.
Karaobics TV is a separate service from the TFG Fitness app and any separately purchased programmes. A Karaobics TV subscription does not automatically include those products, and purchasing Karaobics TV does not change your existing rights to products purchased separately.
Karaobics TV provides general fitness instruction and entertainment. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an individual assessment of your ability to exercise.
Choose workouts and movements appropriate to your fitness, health and experience. You may slow down, use a demonstrated alternative, take a break or stop whenever you need to.
If you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or recently gave birth, or are unsure whether a workout is suitable for you, seek advice from an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before taking part.
Use a clear, suitable exercise space and appropriate footwear. Follow safety instructions and avoid movements that cause pain or feel unsafe.
Stop exercising if you experience chest pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual breathlessness or other concerning symptoms, and seek appropriate medical help.
Exercise involves some risk, and results vary between individuals. We do not promise a particular weight loss, fitness improvement or health outcome. Displayed steps, activity totals and similar figures are estimates rather than medical measurements.
These provisions do not exclude our responsibility for harm caused by our negligence or affect your statutory rights.
We offer the subscription options displayed when you sign up, which may include monthly and annual plans.
Before you complete your subscription, you will be shown the applicable price, currency, billing frequency, any trial period, any discount and the amount payable when an introductory offer ends.
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly. Annual subscriptions are billed annually, with the annual amount collected as one payment unless your checkout expressly states otherwise.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By completing your subscription, you authorise recurring payments using your selected payment method on the terms shown at checkout.
A contract is formed when we confirm your subscription or purchase. Keep your confirmation email for your records.
Where a seven-day free trial is offered, your confirmation will identify the trial period and the first payment due.
There is no subscription charge during the free trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, your selected monthly or annual subscription will begin automatically and the applicable amount will be charged.
For an annual subscription, this means the full annual payment will be collected when the trial ends, including any eligible discount shown at checkout.
You can cancel during the trial to prevent the first subscription payment. For subscriptions purchased directly through our website, access continues until the end of the trial period.
Any trial eligibility restrictions will be explained when the offer is presented.
The free trial is an additional offer. It does not replace or reduce any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have.
Promotional offers apply only to the plans, customers and periods described in the relevant offer.
Where advertised, LAUNCH30 provides 30% off the first year of an eligible annual subscription. It does not discount the monthly plan.
Some links apply LAUNCH30 automatically. Where this happens, you do not need to enter the code again. The discount shown at checkout is the total discount for that offer.
Unless an offer expressly says otherwise:
Only one promotional discount can apply to a purchase.
Discounts cannot be added together.
A qualifying replacement code replaces the existing discount rather than adding to it.
An introductory annual discount applies to the first paid annual period only.
Later renewals are charged at the renewal price disclosed when you subscribe, subject to any subsequent price change notified under these Terms.
Invitation-only offers are available only to the customers identified in the invitation.
Check your selected plan, discount and total before completing checkout. If an advertised offer is not applying as expected, contact us so we can help.
We may amend or withdraw offers for future purchases, but this will not remove an offer already validly accepted as part of your subscription agreement.
You must use a payment method you are authorised to use. The total price and any applicable taxes will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
If a payment fails, we may ask you to update your payment details and retry the payment. Access may be suspended while an overdue payment remains unresolved. We will not impose an undisclosed penalty or late fee.
If you subscribe through Apple, Google or another third-party platform, that platform may manage your billing, renewal, cancellation and refund requests. Its applicable terms will also apply, subject to your statutory rights.
Prices, trials and promotional offers may differ between our website and third-party platforms. Website promotional codes may not be available for in-app purchases.
Using your membership across supported devices does not require a separate subscription for each device.
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time.
For subscriptions purchased through our website, use the subscription or billing controls in your account. You may also contact us at the email address in section 1 with a clear request to cancel.
For subscriptions purchased through an app store or another platform, use that provider’s subscription management controls. Contact us if you need help identifying where your subscription is billed.
Deleting the app, logging out or stopping use of the Services does not cancel a subscription.
Cancel before your next payment is due to prevent that renewal payment. Keep the cancellation confirmation for your records.
When you cancel automatic renewal, you normally retain access until the end of your current paid period. An annual subscription remains available until the end of the annual period already paid for.
Cancelling renewal does not normally create a right to a refund for an unused part of that period. This is subject to the statutory rights in section 10 and any other refund entitlement under these Terms.
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will normally have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after the day the contract is entered into, subject to the rules for digital content and services.
This is separate from cancelling automatic renewal.
For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory cooling-off right may end once supply begins, but only where the law permits this and we have first obtained your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that this will end that right, together with any required confirmation.
Simply accepting these Terms does not, by itself, provide that separate consent and acknowledgement.
Where those requirements have not been met, your applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available.
For any service supplied during the cooling-off period at your express request, a proportionate charge may be payable only where the relevant legal requirements have been met.
Send a clear cancellation request to the email or postal address in section 1 before the applicable deadline. Include enough information for us to identify your subscription.
You may use the optional form at the end of these Terms, but you do not have to.
Where a refund is due following a valid statutory cancellation, we will make it within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days after being informed of your decision. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging a refund fee.
Your statutory rights also apply where digital content is faulty, does not match its description, or where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a correction, repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction or refund.
Contact us with details of the problem so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising additional mandatory rights available in your country of residence.
The workout library may change as we add or update content, respond to licensing requirements, address safety issues or make technical improvements.
We will not use this provision to remove your statutory rights or make an unjustified material reduction to a subscription you have already paid for.
We will give reasonable advance notice of a significant change that adversely affects your subscription, unless an urgent legal, security or safety reason prevents this.
If we discontinue the Services, or make a material adverse change to a paid subscription that you do not accept, you may end the affected subscription and receive an appropriate refund for the unused prepaid period.
Any subscription price increase will apply to a future renewal, not retrospectively to a period already paid for. We will give at least 30 days’ notice and explain how to cancel before the increased price takes effect.
You need a compatible device and an adequate internet connection to use the Services. You are responsible for your own equipment, internet access and data charges.
Supported devices, operating systems and app features are described on our website or the relevant app listing. Availability may vary between devices and countries.
A feature or application labelled “coming soon” is not currently included as an available feature.
Streaming quality depends partly on your connection and device. Temporary interruptions may occur, but we remain responsible for providing the Services in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where an app permits offline downloads, these are for personal viewing within that app and remain subject to your access entitlement. They do not become permanent files that you own or may distribute.
We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services for private, non-commercial purposes while you have valid access.
Rights in the workouts, recordings, music, branding, software and other materials belong to us or their respective rights holders.
Except where we authorise it or the law permits it, you must not:
Copy, record, redistribute, sell or publicly broadcast content.
Use workouts or music to deliver commercial classes or public events.
Resell access or share account credentials to allow unauthorised use.
Remove copyright notices or bypass access restrictions.
Interfere with the Services or attempt unauthorised access.
Introduce malicious software or collect other members’ information without permission.
Reverse engineer or modify software beyond what applicable law allows.
You may share links using the sharing features we provide, but this does not grant permission to copy or republish the underlying videos or music.
Please treat other members respectfully.
Harassment, bullying, discriminatory abuse, threats, impersonation, unlawful material, spam and unauthorised advertising are not permitted.
Do not post another person’s private information, photographs or other material without appropriate permission. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights.
You retain ownership of content you post. You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, display, reproduce and technically adapt it only as reasonably necessary to operate and moderate the Services.
We will seek separate permission before using your identifiable posts, photographs or testimonials in external advertising.
Your posts may be visible to other members or to the audience indicated by the relevant feature. Do not assume that community posts are confidential.
We may remove content or restrict community access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these rules, protect people or comply with the law.
Report concerns using the available reporting tools or by contacting us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information and how you can exercise your privacy rights.
We may send communications necessary to operate your account, including payment confirmations, security notices, subscription information and changes affecting the Services.
Marketing communications are handled separately in accordance with applicable law and your preferences. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending essential account or service messages.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.
We are not responsible for independently operated third-party content, but this does not remove any responsibility we have for services supplied to you under your agreement with us.
You may send us feedback or suggestions. You retain any rights you have in your submission. We may use general suggestions to improve the Services without an obligation to pay you, unless we agree otherwise.
Please do not submit confidential material or material you do not have permission to share.
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity, unresolved non-payment or a genuine security risk.
Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users, the Services or our legal obligations.
Any restriction will be proportionate to the issue. We will not automatically retain all prepaid fees simply because an account is closed. Any refund or amount properly due will be assessed fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
You may contact us if you believe a restriction has been imposed incorrectly.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Loss or damage is foreseeable where it was an obvious consequence or where both you and we knew it might happen when the agreement was made.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
The Services are supplied for private use. We do not accept responsibility for business losses arising from an unauthorised commercial use of the Services.
We are not responsible for a failure caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control where we could not reasonably have prevented it. If this substantially prevents us from providing a paid subscription, we will explain the available options, including cancellation and any refund due.
Nothing in this section removes your statutory remedies for faulty digital content, deficient services or damage to a device or other digital content for which we are legally responsible.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the law, security requirements, technology or the Services.
We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes affecting an existing subscription and explain any options available to you. We will not apply changes retrospectively to remove rights you have already acquired.
Where a change materially disadvantages you, you may end the affected subscription before it takes effect and receive any refund due for an unused prepaid period.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right has been waived.
We may transfer our agreement with you to another organisation, but only if this does not reduce your rights or protections. We will notify you of any such transfer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [SCOTLAND / ENGLAND AND WALES / NORTHERN IRELAND — SELECT THE APPROPRIATE JURISDICTION].
This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you normally live. You may bring proceedings in any court available to you under applicable consumer law.
Contact us using the details in section 1 if you have a question, complaint, billing concern or request relating to these Terms.
If you believe content infringes your rights, identify the material, provide its location and explain the rights you hold or are authorised to represent. Include contact details so we can investigate.
We will consider complaints fairly and explain our response. Contacting us does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights or using an available dispute resolution process.
