This Privacy Policy explains how TFG Fitness Limited collects, uses, stores and protects personal information when you use Karaobics, including our website, mobile applications, TV applications, community and associated services.

For the purposes of applicable UK data protection law, TFG Fitness Limited is the controller of personal information where we determine how and why that information is processed.
We collect information that you provide to us, information generated through your use of Karaobics and certain technical information collected automatically.
When you create a Karaobics account, we require:
your name
your email address
You may choose to provide additional information through your Karaobics profile, such as:
profile photograph
biography
location
date of birth
other information you choose to add to your profile
Depending on the functionality and privacy settings available within Karaobics, some profile information may be visible to other Karaobics members.
If you purchase a Karaobics subscription, we process information relating to your subscription and transaction, such as:
subscription type
subscription status
billing frequency
transaction history
trial status
renewal and cancellation information
When you subscribe directly through Karaobics, payments are processed using Stripe. Your payment information is submitted securely to the payment processor. TFG Fitness Limited does not need to store your full payment card details.
If you subscribe through a third party platform, such as Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku or Samsung, your payment is processed by that platform according to its own terms and privacy practices. We may receive information about the resulting subscription or transaction but do not receive the full payment card details held by the platform.
We may collect information about how you use Karaobics, including:
workouts you watch
viewing history
workout progress
favourites
downloads
content interactions
app and feature usage
We use this information to operate Karaobics, provide features such as viewing history and favourites, understand how the service is used and improve the Karaobics experience.
Karaobics does not currently use this information to provide individually personalised workout recommendations.
If you use the Karaobics community, we process information that you choose to post or share, including:
posts
comments
photographs
videos
reactions and other interactions
private messages
reports and moderation information
Information posted publicly or within community areas may be visible to other Karaobics members.
Private messages are intended for the people participating in the conversation. They may nevertheless be processed and stored by the platform as necessary to provide the messaging service, maintain security and investigate reports of abuse or breaches of our Terms.
TFG Fitness Limited does not routinely read members' private messages.
If content or communications are reported, we may review relevant information where reasonably necessary to investigate the report, protect members or enforce our Terms and community rules.
Members can use available blocking and reporting tools to help manage unwanted interactions.
Karaobics does not intentionally request health or medical information as part of account registration or normal workout tracking.
You may voluntarily disclose information about your health within a community post, comment, private message or other user generated content. You should consider carefully what personal or sensitive information you choose to share with other members.
When you use Karaobics, we and our technology providers may automatically receive technical information such as:

app version
device or advertising identifiers where applicable

If you enable notifications on a supported device, Karaobics may send push notifications relating to matters such as:

We do not currently use push notifications primarily for promotional subscription offers.
You can manage or disable push notifications through your device settings.
Karaobics and its service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, maintain security, understand usage and measure advertising.
Some technologies are necessary for Karaobics to function properly.
Other technologies, particularly those used for advertising or retargeting, may require your consent depending on where you live.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate controls for non essential cookies and similar tracking technologies.
We use the Meta Pixel on relevant parts of our online service.
The Meta Pixel helps us understand how people interact with Karaobics after seeing our advertising, measure advertising effectiveness and create or reach relevant audiences.
We may use information collected through Meta Pixel to advertise Karaobics to people on services operated by Meta, including Facebook and Instagram, including through retargeting.
Meta may receive information about your browser, device and interactions with Karaobics when the Pixel is active. Meta processes information it receives according to its own privacy terms.
Where applicable law requires consent before advertising technologies such as Meta Pixel are activated, we will seek to obtain that consent.
You may also be able to control advertising preferences through your browser, device and Meta account settings.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share personal information with trusted organisations where reasonably necessary to operate Karaobics.

Karaobics uses technology and services provided by Uscreen to help deliver our website, applications, video content, subscriptions, community and associated functionality.
Uscreen may process personal information on our behalf as necessary to provide these services.
Certain information may therefore be stored or processed using Uscreen's systems and infrastructure.
Karaobics is available internationally and uses technology providers that may operate in different countries.
As a result, personal information may be processed or stored outside the United Kingdom or the country where you live.
Where applicable data protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, we and our service providers will use appropriate legal mechanisms designed to protect personal information.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The appropriate retention period depends on the type of information and why it is being processed.

Where information must be retained, we will limit its continued use to the relevant purpose.

Karaobics is not designed or marketed as a service specifically for children.
You must be at least 16 years old to create your own Karaobics account.

TFG Fitness Limited will obtain separate permission before using identifiable member photographs, videos, testimonials, transformation stories or similar community content for external advertising or marketing.
Karaobics may contain links to or interact with websites, applications and services operated by third parties.
Those organisations have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for how an independent third party processes information when you interact directly with its service.
We encourage you to review relevant third party privacy information where appropriate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Karaobics, our technology, applicable laws or our privacy practices.
